This time We all most made the pieces fit , didn't We girl! What a fantastic song written By Jimmy Webb! All of the crooners recording in the late sixties recorded this beautiful and haunting ballad!

12 years of looking on UA-cam for this song! Growing up in New England in the 70s, We had several Beautiful Music stations and WJIB out of Boston played this song! It always stuck in My mind and I tried to record it off the radio on My stereo! Thank You, I haven't heard this song in four decades and You Made My Year!!!!!!!

Just a little loving early in the Morin's beats a cup of coffee for starting off the day... Love this tune introduced by Dusty Springfield on Her Memphis Album! Several other artists recorded this and in My humble opinion the best was Sarah Vaughn s! I love this choral version as well!!

What the world needs now is love sweet love, it's the only thing that there's just too little of.... This song is more relevant today than when it was written!!!!

All the Goon shows had a spot for Max Geldray and later in the show Ray Ellington. Can't remember who the arranger was for Geldray's numbers. Those were the days when shows had an orchestra and a rather good orchestral arranger (name escapes me).
